SOP Studio was built by McBix Consultants — a process improvement and change management firm that lives inside system rollouts. We saw the same SOP breakdown at every engagement: scattered documents, lapsed reviews, acknowledgments in a separate spreadsheet, and no audit trail connecting any of it.
We kept seeing the same breakdown
Every system rollout — whether it was an HRIS migration, a new EHR, or a workforce management platform — hit the same wall: SOPs were scattered across shared drives, review cycles had lapsed, acknowledgments lived in a separate spreadsheet, and no one could prove who approved what or when.
We fixed it manually. Every time.
McBix Consultants has been rebuilding SOP programs inside live engagements for years. We'd stand up the ownership model, enforce review cycles, build acknowledgment tracking in whatever tool the client had, and assemble audit evidence from scratch. It worked — but we were starting from zero every time.
